This website, yogeshsainiguide.com (the “Site”), is operated by Yogesh Saini (“I”, “me”), based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why, and what your choices are. I’ve kept it in plain English on purpose.
What I collect
Free resources and emails. When you request the free Business Bottleneck Audit™ workbook or the One-Task AI Starter, or join my newsletter, The Grounded Operator, I collect your name and email address through the sign-up form.
Discovery calls. When you book a call, I collect your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you decide to share in the booking form.
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, I collect your name, email address and your message.
Site visits. When you browse the Site, Google Analytics collects general usage information, such as the pages you view, how you found the Site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region). It does not tell me your name or email address.
Payments. I don’t collect payment details through this Site. If you buy a paid service, checkout happens on systeme.io and payments are handled by its payment providers. I never see your full card number.
Your workbook answers stay with you. The interactive workbook saves your responses in your own browser on your own device. Your answers are never transmitted to me or to any server. I cannot see them.
How I use your information
I use your information to:
- Deliver the free resource you requested;
- Send a short series of welcome emails about getting the most from it;
- Send my ongoing emails with practical AI and business tips for solo entrepreneurs;
- Schedule, prepare for and hold a discovery call you booked, and send reminders about it;
- Reply when you contact me;
- Understand which pages are useful, so I can improve the Site.
By submitting a sign-up form, you consent to receiving these emails, in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email I send includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and takes effect promptly. Sending a message through the contact form does not sign you up for my emails.
What I never do
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. I do not send email on behalf of third parties.
Service providers
Your information is processed and stored by the trusted services that run this Site and my email list:
- systeme.io hosts the sign-up forms, the booking calendar and checkout, and sends my emails;
- WPX Hosting hosts this website, including messages sent through the contact form;
- Google Analytics measures how the Site is used;
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form messages come from a person, not a spam bot;
- Netlify hosts the interactive workbook;
- Google Workspace powers my business email.
These providers store data on their own secure servers, which may be located outside Canada (for example, in the United States or the European Union), and process it only to provide their services to me.
Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies help me understand how the Site is used. They are not used for advertising.
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile may use a cookie or similar check on the contact form to block spam.
- Essential: systeme.io sets cookies on its pages (sign-up, booking and checkout) so they work properly.
The Site does not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
How long I keep your information
- Email list: I keep your name and email for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, your address is suppressed from future sends; you may also request full deletion at any time (see below).
- Bookings and messages: I keep these only as long as I need them to respond, hold the call and follow up.
- Analytics: Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), and comparable laws where you live, you can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information I hold about you;
- Ask me to correct it;
- Ask me to delete it entirely;
- Withdraw your consent to receive emails (unsubscribe).

Children
This Site and my emails are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I’ll update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted in my emails.
